Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His career began in Sydney, where he spent four years as a Project Manager at Savills (Aust) and three years at Brookfield Multiplex in roles including Project Engineer, Design Manager, and Project Manager. During this time, he worked on landmark projects such as the Sydney Opera House redevelopment, the Sydney Wharf multi-residential build, and the Centrelink National Services office in Canberra.

Andrew then founded Hanson Projects, delivering project management services to Brookfield Multiplex while also constructing private residential and commercial projects throughout Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. After relocating to Perth with his family, Andrew became a Director at a prestige home builder, where over eight years he oversaw the delivery of 15 multi-million-dollar luxury homes in Perth’s Western Suburbs.

In 2022, Andrew then founded Essere Construction to diversify his portfolio and apply his experience across a broader range of industry sectors. He provides consultancy services to private enterprise, assisting to manage due diligence and development planning, design and construction.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Building).
